New Enrolling Kindergarten, 1st ,or 2nd grade student 

Required Documents

Items needed to register your child are:

•  Enrollment forms 
•  State certified birth certificate (Must be original)- A copy for student’s records will be made.
• Form 121 (Must be original)
•  Student’s Social Security Card - A copy will be made for student’s records
•  Proof of Residency

You may be required to fill out additional forms at the school.

 

 

2021-2022 Kindergarten Registration  

Kindergarten pre-registration is scheduled for March 1-12, 2021 and March 22nd through April 1, 2021.  To attend kindergarten, children must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2021.

If you would like to pick up a registration packet you may stop by the school from 8:30a.m.-2:30p.m. beginning March 1.  At this time due to Covid-19 restrictions we are not allowing visitors inside of the school or conducting tours.  Thanks for your understanding.
